$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Overview Road-Con Inc. is seeking a skilled, reliable CDL B Triaxle Dump Truck Driver to support our heavy civil construction projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a professional driver whose safe operation, dependable performance, and commitment to caring for well-maintained equipment. What's in It for You Overtime opportunities when project schedules require Paid Holidays Pension Annuity Medical, dental, and vision insurance available upon eligibility Direct deposit and paperless payroll through the employee app Primary Responsibilities Operate a tri-axle dump truck to haul asphalt, stone, dirt, sand, gravel, aggregates, concrete, and other construction materials Make local deliveries to active construction sites, quarries, scale houses, and project locations Understand process of getting loaded properly at asphalt plant Safely load, transport, and unload materials according to project requirements Navigate roadwork zones, excavation sites, grading operations, utility installations, and site development projects Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Keep vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained Complete delivery tickets, weight tickets, and CDL/DOT documentation accurately Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures Coordinate with dispatch, heavy equipment operators, and field crews to support project schedules Required Experience & Qualifications Valid driver's license and Valid CDL Class A or B license Ability to meet DOT medical requirements Proven experience operating dump trucks or tri-axles in a heavy civil construction environment Know and follow the correct loading procedures at the asphalt plant to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material handling. Support project schedules that may include night work during the paving season Experience hauling dirt, sand, gravel, stone, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete Familiarity with quarries, loading procedures, scale houses, weight tickets, asphalt plants Strong commitment to safe commercial driving, communication, reliability, and time management Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and active construction site conditions Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Welfare benefits Pension Annuity Hiring Process Click the link below to apply online.
