Martin Roofing & Siding is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer / Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on field position assisting our experienced team with residential roofing and other exterior home improvement projects. Work may include roofing, siding, window replacement, exterior repairs, and other construction projects performed by Martin Roofing & Siding. Previous construction experience is helpful, but not required for the right person . We are willing to train someone who is dependable, works hard, follows directions, and wants to learn construction skills. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Assist experienced team members with roofing, siding, window replacement, and other exterior construction projects Load, unload, carry, and organize materials Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for upcoming projects Help set up jobsites and protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property Assist with removal and installation of construction materials Use basic hand and power tools as trained Assist with ladders, scaffolding, tools, and equipment Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project Perform ground cleanup and debris removal Help load and return unused materials, tools, and equipment Assist with shop, yard, and material organization as needed Follow directions from crew leaders and project management Follow company safety procedures Perform other construction and property-related tasks as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and arrives to work on time Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Is comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Is able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Can lift and carry construction materials and equipment Is comfortable working around ladders and heights Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team Is willing to learn the proper use of tools and equipment Takes pride in keeping jobsites clean and protecting customers' property Has a professional and respectful attitude around customers and coworkers Understands the importance of jobsite safety Is willing to help wherever needed to get the job done Previous roofing, siding, window installation, carpentry, or general construction experience is a plus, but not required .
