Duties Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and finishing work to bring remodeling visions to life Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as cutting, sanding, drilling, and assembling components Support carpentry tasks including door hanging, trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, and framing projects Conduct basic construction inspection to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project Qualifications Prior experience in construction or remodeling projects is not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt quickly on diverse projects Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference!
