Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable construction workers to join our team. This role involves assisting with daily operations, supporting other team members with remodeling of homes, and ensuring smooth workflow on-site. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the trades and possesses basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements, calculations, and task completion. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Assist trades professionals with their daily tasks, ensuring projects progress efficiently and safely Support the setup, organization, and cleanup of work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment Perform basic math calculations required for measurements, material estimations, and task execution Follow safety protocols and adhere to all safety guidelines during work activities Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and according to safety procedures Skills Prior work experience in the trades is required, demonstrating familiarity with industry practices Basic math skills are essential for performing measurements, calculations, and related tasks Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a team setting Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements and task completion Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward safety and teamwork
Pay:
$15.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
