Key Qualifications:
Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role Comfortable assisting pediatric students, particularly in a 1:1 setting Ability to follow teacher directions and individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication skills with students, teachers, and families Patient, compassionate, and attentive to student needs High school diploma or equivalent required; paraeducator certification or similar credential preferred
