Construction Laborer

Penn Pallet is currently hiring for someone to join our 1st shift. Offering a great starting rate $18.00 / hour with weekly production incentive. This employee would have the following responsibilities / job duties: - Pallet repair consists of recycling pallets that come into the facility, removing old material from a pallet and replacing that with new, useable material to ensure the pallet is a useable, saleable product. - Pallet reclaim consists of breaking down pallets to recycle useable boards for repair. Sorting through boards and cutting down to specific sizes. Knowledge & Skills Ability to follow guidelines set by manager Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift Ability to utilize tools such as pneumatic nailer, hammer, crowbar, saws Ability to access visual the repairs needed on a pallet Willing to work in varied temperatures Ability to work at a pace that is productive Education & Experience Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.
