Job Description
Penn Pallet is currently hiring for someone to join our 2nd shift. Offering a great starting rate $18.00 / hour with weekly production incentive. You control the incentive pay as it is based on your performance. Get paid weekly and enjoy our many other benefits of paid holidays, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits. This employee would have the following responsibilities / job duties: - Pallet repair consists of recycling pallets that come into the facility, removing old material from a pallet and replacing that with new, useable material to ensure the pallet is a useable, saleable product. Knowledge & Skills Ability to follow guidelines set by manager Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift Ability to utilize tools such as pneumatic nailer, hammer, crowbar, saws Ability to access visual the repairs needed on a pallet Willing to work in varied temperatures Ability to work at a pace that is productive Education & Experience Experience in wood industry helpful, but not needed.
