We are a growing construction company looking for a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has basic knowledge of construction and is willing to learn and grow within the company. The right candidate should be reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions while working both independently and with a team.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site practices Ability to read instructions and follow directions Willingness to learn and be trained Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks on job sites Use basic hand and power tools Load and unload materials Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Work with team members to complete projects efficiently
