General Laborer / Junk Removal Crew Member Junk Away San Diego is growing, and we're looking for 1-2 dependable, hard-working General Laborers to join our junk removal crews! If you like working with your hands, staying active, working outdoors, and don't want to sit behind a desk all day — this could be a great fit. THE JOB Our crew members travel to different job locations throughout San Diego County and help customers clear out unwanted items, furniture, appliances, debris, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

Loading and moving furniture, appliances, boxes, debris, and other items Working as part of a team to safely move large and heavy items Loading and organizing our trucks Helping with residential and commercial cleanouts Traveling with our crews to various job locations Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and attitude Providing great customer service at every job Following safe lifting and loading practices This is physical work. You should be comfortable being on your feet, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy items throughout the day. Many items will require two- or three-person lifting , so teamwork is essential.
