Job Description
We are seeking a mature, experienced individual to join our growing business! Ideal candidate would have prior experience in epoxy floors and cabinet installation but we can train if necessary. Individual candidate must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Bilingual candidates preferred. English language is required . Duties Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and schematics Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring components Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling construction materials Manage client interactions with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and efficiently Communicate efficiently with ownership on inventory and supply needs Maintain vehicles and trailers including wash, oil changes etc Keep the supply area clean and organized Be able to drive a truck with an attached trailer as required Maintain integrity and our high standards of workmanship Previous experience with epoxy floors preferred. Previous experience within the construction trades preferred, specifically carpentry, cement or painting.
