Description $27-$32/hour | Full-Time Are you the person everyone calls when the AC isn't working? We want you on our team. Colleton River Club is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our heating, cooling, refrigeration, and mechanical systems running smoothly across the property. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heat pumps, split systems, cooling towers, chillers, and building automation systems. Maintain refrigeration equipment, coolers, freezers, compressors, condensers, fans, and coils. Service and maintain ice machines. Assist with pool heaters, plumbing, drinking fountain chillers, and other facility systems when needed. Manage and complete work orders using a mobile work-order system. Spot problems, take initiative, and fix things before they become bigger problems. Work independently while being part of a team that takes pride in keeping the property running at its best. What You Bring HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Active EPA certification Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail A dependable, get-it-done attitude Ability to safely work from ladders and lift up to 75lbs. Pay:

$27-$32/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
