Starting at $10.00 per hour Overview We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual for part-time, as-needed general labor. Work is not on a set schedule and will be available as projects come up. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible hours. Job duties vary depending on the project and may involve residential property maintenance, home renovations, cleanup, and general labor. No experience is required—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Clean out crawlspaces and remove debris Yard cleanup, including brush, limbs, leaves, and trash removal Pressure wash houses, driveways, sidewalks, decks, and other surfaces Load, haul, and dispose of debris and unwanted materials Assist with interior and exterior painting Help with demolition, remodeling, and general construction tasks Move tools, materials, and equipment around job sites Maintain clean and organized work areas Safely operate hand tools and basic power tools Perform other general labor tasks as assigned Qualifications Dependable and punctual Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Willing to work in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces when needed Able to follow directions and work independently or with a team Reliable transportation is preferred Construction, landscaping, painting, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time As-needed work Flexible schedule based on project needs No guaranteed weekly hours Opportunity for Advancement Employees who consistently show up on time, work hard, take initiative, and produce quality work will have opportunities for additional hours, increased pay, and advancement into more skilled positions as the company continues to grow.
