Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, ensuring proper placement and care Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like pruning, digging, and installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Conduct landscape maintenance activities including fertilizing, mulching, and seasonal clean-up to uphold aesthetic standards Experience Prior experience with landscaping or general labor work is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, and tree care techniques is a plus Experience with irrigation systems, gardening, or hardscape installation is beneficial Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments!
