Manual Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Manual Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks primarily outdoors, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience and a strong commitment to following safety protocols. You will be responsible for assisting with various manual tasks, including working with precast concrete and operating in challenging environmental conditions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to construction and infrastructure projects while maintaining a safe work environment. This position has opportunity for future growth within the plant. Responsibilities Perform outdoor manual labor tasks, including handling materials, equipment, and tools required for plant projects. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and transportation of precast concrete elements. Work efficiently in various weather conditions and outdoor environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Operate basic machinery or tools as needed, adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly storing tools and disposing of debris. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Skills Prior outdoor work experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with working in the elements. Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures is essential. Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks over extended periods. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team. Good communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and coworkers. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward hard work in diverse outdoor conditions.
