Assist with the installation, maintenance, and transportation of precast concrete elements. Work efficiently in various weather conditions and outdoor environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Operate basic machinery or tools as needed, adhering to safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work site by properly storing tools and disposing of debris. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Skills Prior outdoor work experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with working in the elements. Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures is essential. Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks over extended periods. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
