Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in the commercial glazing industry. No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level position with on-the-job training at full pay. General laborers assist with various tasks on job sites, supporting experienced glaziers while learning valuable trade skills. This role provides a direct path to becoming a skilled commercial glazier.

Pay:

Starting at $20/hour , with a performance review and potential increase after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing materials, tools, and equipment for glazing projects Help with loading, unloading, and transporting materials to job sites Support glaziers in the installation and maintenance of commercial glass structures Perform general construction labor tasks as needed Maintain a safe and organized work environment No experience required; prior construction experience is a plus Ability to lift 75 lbs and work at heights when necessary Willingness to learn and follow instructions Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment Commitment to workplace safety and company policies
