We handle a variety of construction and renovation projects and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in multiple areas of construction. The ideal candidate doesn't need to be a master of every trade, but should have solid construction experience, be comfortable taking on different types of work, and be willing to learn when needed. Pay & Schedule $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Full-time position Monday-Friday Steady, year-round work Job Responsibilities Work will vary depending on the project and may include: Framing and general carpentry Masonry and concrete work Flooring installation Drywall repair Interior and exterior trim work Siding and exterior repairs Painting and finishing Demolition and site preparation Remodeling and renovation work Doors and windows General construction and repair work Assisting other crew members with various phases of construction Requirements Previous construction experience is required Working knowledge of several construction trades Experience with framing, masonry, flooring, carpentry, or similar trades Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment Must have your own basic hand and power tools Specialty tools and equipment can be provided as needed Reliable transportation is required Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working indoors and outdoors Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to follow instructions while also being capable of working independently when needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is versatile, dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in doing quality work.
