We are an established company that does contract work and sometimes different type of large landscaping projects. It is rain or shine, but most of our work is shielded from the rain. Unless you're directing traffic with the sign. This is a starting position paying $18 an hour. you will receive all training needed. You will mainly be moving supplies, retrieving tools, and doing a lot of cleanup work for the crew. It's relatively easy work you just have to show up. You will be trained to do other work and most of our guys make $22-$25 an hour at the 90 day mark when you will receive a review of how your doing and what you have learned to do so far. We run a team of 16-18 guys pretty regularly and would like to expand to 20-21 soon enough, getting along is a must. You will need some sort of boots to start, and will be upgraded to nice boots with a $200 coupon at 30 days. Also we start health and dental benefits at 30 days for a very reasonable price. We like to take care of our guys. We also have a $10 a day meal stipend that starts on the second day of work. We do work Monday through Friday 8 to 10 hour days depending on the project we're currently working on. You do get a say if you can only work eight hours due to child care or another job. Saturdays are rare but is paid double time. We also have guys all over the Clarksville and surrounding areas and can do ridesharing with no issue many of us already do! We bring new guys in on Mondays and thursdays each week when we get them.
