Skilled Laborer - Masonry & Framing Elite Earthworks & Construction LLC Cleveland, TN Elite Earthworks & Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Laborer with experience in masonry and framing. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently as part of a team on residential and commercial construction projects. This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. Responsibilities Assist with and perform masonry work including block, brick, and stone installation Assist with and perform wood framing for residential and commercial projects Read and follow project plans and directions from supervisors Operate hand tools and power tools safely Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Work outdoors in various weather conditions Assist with general construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry and/or framing preferred Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and punctual Drug-free workplace Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement Consistent work for the right candidate
