Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Whether working on new builds, renovations, or restoration projects, your hands-on contributions will help shape the structures of tomorrow. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to facilitate various construction tasks Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate execution of project specifications Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable foundations and structures Install rebar, metal stud framing, and perform carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry and caulking to ensure structural integrity Support installation of flooring, tile laying, stucco application, and other finishing work to meet project quality standards Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations, heavy lifting techniques, and proper use of hand tools and power tools Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site operations Mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixing, cutting, forming, and finishing processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction estimating concepts is a plus for understanding project scope and materials needed Knowledge of safety regulations specific to the construction industry is essential for maintaining a safe work environment Skills in concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pouring, and finishing are highly desirable Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions throughout the duration of projects Join us in building something great!
