In this role, you will be responsible for preparing walls and ceilings for wallpaper installation; sanding, caulking, drywall repair and primer. Properly installing wallpaper according to manufacturers directions and based on your personal experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with skilled professionals, and perfect your expertise in finishing trades. I'm only hiring for experienced wallpaper installers at this time. 2 years minimum experience please. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for wallpaper installation or prior to painting. Install wallpaper according to layout. Paint rooms Skills Proficiency with hand tools such as scissors, knives, razor blades and brushes. Knowledge of construction materials including drywall, primers, paints, adhesives and caulking techniques. Ability to read a tape measure and manufacturer's paperwork for accurate pattern matching and installation planning. Familiarity with construction practices and safety protocols on job sites. Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in alignment and pattern matching. Experience working with flooring installation, trim carpentry, or other building finishing trades is a plus.
