Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable laborer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various construction projects, supporting skilled trades and ensuring the successful completion of building initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in construction while actively contributing to diverse projects. Duties Assist with general construction tasks, including material handling, site cleanup, and organization of tools and supplies Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with outdoor work activities including mowing the lawn Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on-site Support in a metals fabrication environment Help with heavy equipment operation such as operation of a fork lift Skills Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment operation Excellent safety protocol adherence and understanding of construction site safety standards Skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, masonry, tile laying, caulking, plastering, fabrication, or flooring installation are highly valued Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks We expect that you will learn new skills as you progress with this position.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
