Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Retaining Wall Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and construction of durable retaining walls and associated hardscaping projects. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to high standards. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing, leveling, and setting up materials for retaining wall installation Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install building materials such as concrete blocks, stone, or brick for retaining walls Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting or moving large materials or debris Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment Collaborate with team members on site to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards Experience Proven experience working on hardscaping construction projects or outdoor building sites and retaining walls Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in outdoor environments Experience working with building materials such as concrete, stone, brick, or wood in a construction setting Strong understanding of safety protocols specific to construction sites Salary base on experience
