Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an equipment operator and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist in various phases of construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your hands-on skills, mechanical knowledge, and enthusiasm will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while contributing to impactful building projects across commercial and renovation sites. Duties Assist with heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate power tools and hand tools for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry Support rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping activities Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform masonry work including stucco, tile laying, and stonework as needed on various projects Use heavy equipment operation skills for tasks like excavation or site preparation under supervision Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment Valid driver's license for commercial driving or related certifications are a plus Join us in building the future!
