What You'll Do Depending on your experience and the project, your responsibilities may include: General residential construction and remodeling Framing and carpentry Interior and exterior repairs Drywall and painting Flooring and trim work Siding and exterior construction Decks and porches Doors and windows Basic electrical and plumbing tasks Demolition and job-site cleanup Loading, unloading, and handling materials Using common hand and power tools Following project plans and instructions Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site You don't have to know how to do everything. We're looking for people who are willing to work, learn, and improve. If you have strong experience in certain areas of construction, that's a major plus. What We're Looking For The right person will be: Dependable and punctual Hardworking and motivated Able to work well with a team Willing to learn new skills Able to follow directions Someone who takes pride in their work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Able to safely use basic hand and power tools Experienced in construction or willing to learn Experience is preferred but not required for the right person.
