Experience Required:

2+ years in active construction environments Key Responsibilities Perform active site labor, structural preparation, material handling, and site setup/breakdown during night hours. Operate standard power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized trade machinery safely in low-light conditions. Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations, night-shift visibility protocols, and site safety directives. Assist trade specialists (e.g., concrete, framing, utility setup) to maintain tight project schedules. Qualifications & Requirements Must have 2 years of verifiable construction site experience. Ability to physical handle demanding tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs) and prolonged standing/climbing. Strong commitment to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), and team communication. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for nightly start times. OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
