Experience Required:

Minimum 2 Years. Corza Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Paint Laborer for commercial projects in Austin and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior commercial painting. Prepare surfaces, including sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming. Perform tape and float. Patch and repair drywall and wall imperfections. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Apply high-performance coatings (HPC) and industrial coating systems. Perform touch-ups and punch-list work. Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements. Perform general construction and grounds labor as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of commercial painting experience. Experience with high-performance coatings (HPC). Experience with tape and float and wall patching. Experience with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must complete employment eligibility verification, including E-Verify. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Must be willing to work at different project locations throughout Austin/Central Texas. Must be willing to assist with general construction and grounds labor between scheduled painting projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Airless spray experience. Epoxy, urethane, and other industrial coating experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30. scissor lift and scaffold experience. Ability to read basic plans, finish schedules, and coating specifications.
