Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your hands-on contributions will help build durable structures, from residential renovations to commercial developments, ensuring quality craftsmanship at every stage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in various construction disciplines while working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Support concrete pouring, finishing, and pumping operations to ensure smooth and level surfaces Install rebar, metal studs, formwork, and other structural components following blueprint specifications Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans and specifications Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site development and material placement Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive role is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading enhances your ability to contribute effectively Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, concrete work (including cutting, pouring, finishing), and carpentry techniques is advantageous Understanding of construction safety regulations ensures adherence to best practices on-site Hands-on experience with formwork construction, rebar installation, stucco application, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, metal stud framing, and renovation projects is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately to support project execution This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in the construction industry while contributing to impactful building projects.
