Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a General Laborer for an immediate start in Austin, TX!
WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME PAY
$22.00/hr
HOURS:
Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/week)
SCHEDULE
Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 6:00am - 4:30pm

3+ months General Laborer - Industrial / Construction We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support cleaning, maintenance, and material handling tasks on an active jobsite. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe, while assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Wipe down and clean equipment, materials, and work areas Lift and remove floor tiles to access and clean areas beneath, including piping and infrastructure Climb ladders to clean and maintain elevated equipment and surfaces Move and organize supplies, tools, and materials as needed Assist with general labor tasks to support site operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety guidelines and site procedures
Qualifications:
Previous labor or construction experience preferred, but not required OSHA 10 required (or willing to obtain) Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday Reliable and punctual
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders Ability to work in various environments, including confined or tight spaces Comfortable working in an active industrial or construction setting
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
