Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure smooth workflow Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and effectively Help with rebar installation, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and flooring work as needed Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to follow specifications accurately Maintain safety protocols by adhering to workplace safety regulations and using proper protective equipment Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to support various phases of construction projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred but not required; training provided for motivated learners Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and concrete pumping is a plus Experience with rebar installation, concrete cutting, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and renovation work is beneficial Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery operation, and safety equipment Strong work ethic with the ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Embark on a rewarding career path in construction where your skills grow alongside exciting projects.
