General Contractor Laborer R&R Property Preservation LLC Austin, TX Job Details Contract $1,000 - $2,000 a week 1 day ago Qualifications Driver's License Attention to detail Construction experience Time management Mobile devices Full Job Description We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Property Preservation and Maintenance Sub-Contractors to complete field services on residential and commercial properties. This role requires independent work, strong time management, and the ability to meet client deadlines and quality standards. Scope of Work Complete property preservation and maintenance tasks on vacant and occupied properties. Work includes property securing (lock changes, board-ups), debris removal, lawn maintenance, winterizations, major and minor repairs and maintenance. Perform routine inspections and document property condition with photos and detailed reports according to client guidelines. Execute minor repairs and maintenance such as boarding, lock changes, plumbing winterization, and basic handyman work. Execute major repairs like siding, drywall, flooring, decking, roofing etc. Previous experience in property preservation, maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred. Ability to perform a wide range of handyman tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Must have own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation to travel between job sites. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with property preservation guidelines, safety standards, and local compliance requirements is a plus. Comfortable using mobile apps or software to receive and submit work orders and updates. Valid driver's license and required insurance (if applicable).Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable work ethic. Compensation Pay is per work order/job (piece rate). Rates vary based on service type and property condition. Opportunities for consistent volume based on performance and coverage area. Coverage Area Must be able to cover assigned service areas and travel to multiple properties as needed. Ability to accept jobs within your designated region is required. Requirements (Business/Compliance) Must be able to pass background check (if required). Must carry general liability insurance (preferred or required). Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor. Tools & Technology Must have a smartphone capable of taking clear photos and uploading reports. Familiarity with field service apps is a plus.
