Lead Construction Technician

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Looking to hire our Lead Technician. As part of our team you will develop and assist activities related emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Lead Technician/Crew Chief. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction and demolition. Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques. Must be able to follow instructions from team leader. Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Service Specialists and management. Job Requirements Ability to work within a team. Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with equipment, teammates, and customers. Follow company guidelines and standards. Good customer service skills. Physical Demands The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics). Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions. Schedule Full time 8 hours shift- Expected hours 40 - 60 weekly.

Experience Restoration:

1 year (Preferred).

License / Certification

Texas Driver's License (Required). High school or equivalent (Preferred).
