Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be an essential part of building high-quality structures and infrastructure. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new developments, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge. You will contribute to safe, efficient, and precise construction operations while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction Install rebar, metal studs, and other framing components according to blueprint specifications Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces using appropriate techniques and tools Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for concrete pouring, stucco application, caulking, plastering, and flooring installation Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, concrete work, and renovation processes Mechanical knowledge applicable to operating equipment like concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy machinery Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for formwork construction and rebar installation Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Strong understanding of safety regulations specific to construction sites and adherence to safety protocols at all times Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and operating power tools safely Valid experience with concrete cutting, finishing techniques, metal stud framing, flooring installation, and stucco application is highly desirable Join us in building something great!
