Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable Field Personnel / Laborers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of on-site operations, supporting various phases of industrial and infrastructure projects. Your hands-on approach, safety awareness, and ability to interpret technical plans will drive project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful construction projects that improve communities and infrastructure. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of construction infrastructure, including erosion control measures and structural components. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including drills, saws, and other manual or powered devices. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials, moving supplies, and setting up site components while adhering to safety protocols. Support erosion control activities by installing barriers, silt fences, and other preventative measures to protect the environment during construction. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection guidelines, and climbing safety procedures. Conduct routine equipment inspections and assist with minor repairs or reporting maintenance needs to ensure operational readiness. Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris, securing materials, and ensuring safe access pathways at all times. Qualifications Prior industrial or construction experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices on job sites. Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures such as respiratory protection and fall protection. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing structures, manual handling tasks, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Pay:
