Job Description
Construction Laborer / Residential Construction Stalworth Cen-Tex Solutions is hiring dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We handle a wide variety of residential construction projects, including new construction, remodels, barndominiums, concrete, and general residential improvements. We are looking for individuals who have experience in multiple aspects of residential construction and are comfortable working on different phases of a project. Candidates with well-rounded construction experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities & Experience Ideal candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: Residential framing and carpentry Electrical installation and repairs Residential plumbing Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs Interior and exterior painting Flooring installation Doors, windows, trim, and cabinetry Roofing and exterior construction Concrete and general site work Remodeling and renovation Basic troubleshooting and repair work Using power tools and construction equipment Reading measurements and following project plans Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite We especially value applicants who can work across multiple trades, including basic residential electrical and plumbing. Requirements Applicants must be dependable, show up on time, work well with a crew, follow instructions, and take pride in quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to jobsites is required. Applicants should be physically capable of performing construction work, including lifting materials and working outdoors.
