Job Description

Company Overview:
Horseshoe Construction, Inc. is a leading trenchless technology and underground utility contractor with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in water and wastewater pipeline rehabilitation and installation using innovative methods including pipe bursting, sliplining, open-cut, and CIPP support.
Position Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to join our field crews. This position involves physically demanding work on active utility job sites, assisting with trenchless operations, excavation, site preparation, and material handling. Laborers will regularly work in live sewer environments and inside active manholes as part of rehabilitation and replacement activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist with underground utility work including sewer and water line rehabilitation Work in confined spaces including live sanitary sewer lines and active manholes Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment Operate hand tools and small equipment safely Follow all safety protocols including PPE and confined space procedures Support pipelayers and equipment operators with daily site tasks
Requirements:
Ability to work in live wastewater systems and confined spaces with proper safety gear Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Willingness to travel for projects Prior experience in construction or underground utilities is preferred.
