Compensation Starting pay is $17.00-$18.50 per hour, based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills. Candidates with construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, siding, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Assemble floors, walls, framing, siding, and roofing components Install insulation and interior finishing materials Measure, cut, position, and fasten building materials Assist with wheel and axle installation Operate drills, saws, staple guns, and other hand and power tools Prepare and move materials throughout the production area Inspect completed work for quality Follow safety procedures and production instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience using hand and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, siding, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the shift Comfortable working with insulation and construction materials Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
