Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled construction laborers to join our crew. The position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Below are major skills, abilities and knowledge that applicants are expected to possess, to be considered for a potential interview. Must have experience in asphalt raking/asphalt paving process Assist in the paving process by raking and spreading asphalt material to achieve a smooth finish Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with the construction trade Follow all safety precautions at all times, adhere to companys safety program, work in a safe and responsible manner with oneself and the well-being of the crew Clear the construction area and prepare it for the commencement of construction work Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Safely pack and store work materials as directed as directed by the site supervisor Responsible for handling traffic control items/barricades Assist in the purchase, loading and unloading of construction materials Must have the ability to understand written and verbal instructions is important. He/she must be willing and ready to learn new ways of handling construction tasks and also willing to adhere to plans and directives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years construction laborer work experience required.

Pay:

$19 - $24 (Pay based on experience)
