Construction Laborer

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Pool Construction Laborer and become a vital part of building something great! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks to support skilled tradespeople and ensure the smooth progress of construction projects.

Responsibilities Site Preparation & Demolition:

Clearing, digging, trenching, and grading to prepare for pool excavation.

Structural Assembly:

Tying rebar, assembling metal/concrete pool walls, setting forms, and preparing plumbing lines.

Concrete & Finishing:

Assisting with shotcrete/gunite applications, pouring concrete, and installing tile or coping.

Material Handling:

Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50-100 lbs.

Equipment Operation:

Using tools like jackhammers, saws, tampers, and skid steers.

Site Maintenance:

Cleaning rubble, debris, and hazards from the site daily.

Qualifications Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods in intense outdoor weather.

Tools Knowledge:

Experience with basic hand and power tools.

Safety Adherence:

Strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

License:

Valid driver's license (often required).

Experience:

Previous construction experience is helpful, but many roles offer on-the-job training.
