Job Description
Job Description We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our construction team in Falfurrias, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction experience, but previous construction experience is preferred, not required . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, following instructions, and working safely as part of a team. Responsibilities Load, unload, and organize construction materials Prepare and clean construction jobsites Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators Use basic hand and power tools safely Dig trenches, backfill areas, and remove debris Assemble and dismantle temporary structures Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen Follow company and OSHA safety requirements Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Perform other construction-related duties as assigned Requirements Previous construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required Must pass applicable background screening and drug testing OSHA certification is preferred Commercial or industrial construction experience is a plus Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
