Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Helper/Laborer to help our contractor with office remodel / recondition project, we will be painting, laying new floors, installing desk etc. We have locations in Dilley Texas, Victoria Texas and San Antonio Texas were the projects will be completed. You will ride with our contractor to all locations {driver pick up location is in Floresville Texas}. This will be a 1099 job {Contract Labor} Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring work areas are organized and safe. Support skilled workers by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated locations. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy objects and moving supplies safely. Operate basic power tools under supervision and assist with minor equipment repairs as needed. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and reporting hazards promptly. Experience Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred but not required; we provide training for motivated candidates. Experience with heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and using power tools is advantageous. General construction / home repair experience.
