Previous construction experience is a plus. Pay is based on experience. At ACS Commercial, we believe in building more than structures. This position is an opportunity to work alongside experienced superintendents, project teams, and trade partners while gaining experience across all phases of commercial construction. What You'll Do Assist superintendents with day-to-day jobsite activities Perform general construction and jobsite tasks Assist with material handling, tools, and equipment Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Assist with jobsite preparation, protection, and project closeout activities Work alongside subcontractors and other members of the field team Follow company and jobsite safety requirements What We're Looking For Previous construction or jobsite experience is a plus General knowledge of construction tools, materials, and jobsite practices Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Strong work ethic Ability to perform physical construction work and lift construction materials Reliable transportation to jobsites throughout the DFW area Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test and background check If you have construction experience and want to be part of a team where you can continue to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
