EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR / LEAD WORKER BLT

Development Group is building an experienced construction team for upcoming municipal, government, residential, and commercial construction contract opportunities throughout the DFW area. We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor / LEAD WORKER who can help lead field operations and supervise construction crews. We're looking for someone with experience in: Supervising construction crews Residential and/or commercial construction Demolition and site work Renovations and repairs Reading scopes of work, plans, and specifications Coordinating subcontractors and field workers Job-site safety and PPE Quality-control inspections Keeping projects on schedule Managing daily job-site operations Experience working on municipal, government, affordable-housing, multifamily, public-works, or other large construction projects is strongly preferred.
