$17.00 / Hour RPM Staffing is searching for dependable Construction General Laborers to support on-site construction projects. This hands-on role assists crews with daily tasks while maintaining a safe, clean job site. What You'll Do- Assist with site prep, material handling, and cleanup
- Load/unload materials and equipment
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Support skilled trades and follow supervisor direction
- Follow all safety rules and OSHA guidelines What We're Looking For
- Construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable, safety-minded, willing to learn
