Job Description
Job Overview In this temporary job assignment, you will actively participate in various on-site tasks, ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. We are looking to hire a few individuals to assist in our construction site for approximately 4 weeks. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict safety regulations. Duties Operate power tools and manual handling equipment safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, or assembling materials. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of construction materials in accordance with safety standards. Follow all OSHA safety standards and construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and colleagues. Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures as needed to access work areas at various heights. Implement respiratory protection measures and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure health and safety compliance. Support the installation of construction components, including framing, roofing, or finishing work, under supervision. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in manual labor roles is mandatory Familiarity with mechanical systems or construction workplace safety regulations is a plus. Ability to handle power tools safely and effectively, demonstrating good manual handling techniques. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and extended periods of manual labor in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs
