We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement. Position Overview We are seeking a Laborer/Helper to join our team at our Dallas, TX branch. This is a field-based position supporting pipeline inspection, maintenance, and related field operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding environments, and willing to travel to job sites as needed. What You'll Do Operate vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment safely Assist with debris removal, including shoveling, lifting, and moving materials Crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces as required Remove and replace manhole covers Assist with inventory management, including sorting, organizing, and delivering materials Work safely around equipment, machinery, and potential biohazards Use required PPE and specialized safety equipment, including goggles, earplugs, and other protective gear Work in varying conditions, including extreme temperatures, humidity, wet environments, excessive noise, and heights Travel to job sites during the week, with occasional overnight stays depending on project requirements Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Required Qualifications Experience with confined space entry, sewer line cleaning, construction, or safety procedures is a plus Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, shoveling, crawling, kneeling, and working in varying environmental conditions Perks & Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and AD&D insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days 401(k) plan with employer match Opportunities for career advancement Pro-Pipe Services, a Shenandoah Company, is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
