Position Overview:

Critter Stop seeking a highly motivated and skilled Wildlife Removal Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Wildlife Removal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safely and effectively removing wildlife from residential and commercial properties, while ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. You will be responsible for assessing wildlife infestations, implementing humane removal techniques, and offering recommendations to prevent future conflicts. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about local wildlife species, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have a deep respect for wildlife conservation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough on-site inspections to assess wildlife infestations, identifying species and potential entry points. Develop and implement effective wildlife removal strategies, employing humane and ethical methods in compliance with local regulations. Safely capture and remove wildlife, including but not limited to, bats, raccoons, squirrels, opossums, and birds. Seal entry points and recommend exclusion measures to prevent future wildlife intrusions. Educate clients about local wildlife behavior, habitat management, and preventive measures to minimize future conflicts. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including species encountered, removal methods, and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to wildlife removal. Stay updated on industry trends, local wildlife regulations, and conservation efforts to continuously enhance service quality. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and explaining removal processes.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding situations.
