Residential Construction Labourer Location:

Part-Time/Can be put Full-Time if needed About the

Position:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in home renovations and general construction work, including tile installation, painting, drywall, and finishing tasks . You should be reliable, take pride in your craftsmanship, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general residential construction and renovation work Install and repair tile flooring, backsplashes, and showers Prep, prime, and paint interior/exterior surfaces Assist with drywall, mudding, taping, and finishing Support tradespeople with framing, trim, and other tasks Maintain a clean and organized job site Safely operate tools and equipment Transport materials and tools to and from job sites

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential construction or renovations is a plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely Good work ethic and attention to detail Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Compensation:

Based on experience and skill level starting $15/hr How to
