This role focuses on the installation of high-quality artificial turf systems and the construction of landscape and hardscape features. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results on every project. Duties Install artificial turf (excavation, base prep, grading, seaming, infill, finishing) Landscape construction including: Pavers and hardscape walkways Patios and extended concrete areas Xeriscape and decorative rock installations Operate and maintain landscape and construction tools Follow project plans and jobsite instructions Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work efficiently with team members to meet project deadlines Assist with lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming using hand tools and power equipment Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree care, and shrubbery trimming Operate landscaping machinery including excavators, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs Install irrigation systems and assist with gardening projects to promote healthy plant growth Support construction projects related to landscape installation or renovation Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols during all outdoor activities and equipment operation Qualifications Experience in artificial turf installation and/or landscape construction preferred Knowledge of base preparation, compaction, and grading Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Detail-oriented with a professional attitude Valid driver's license is a plus Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery Experience with tree care, pruning, trimming, and horticulture practices is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of irrigation systems and hardscape installation is beneficial Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs Join our team to contribute your skills in creating beautiful landscapes while working in a dynamic outdoor environment.
