Duties Include:
Perform general labor and cleanup around the facility and yard
Sort and separate recyclable materials and debris
Pick up trash and maintain clean work areas
Assist equipment operators and other employees as needed
Help load, unload, move, and organize materials
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely
Follow all company safety procedures
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Punctuality and dependable attendance are a must
Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and changing weather conditions
Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Must be safety-conscious and dependable
Reliable transportation to and from work is required
Previous construction, recycling, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
